Discounts

Fourth & Gill Residents: 50% discount on fee and refundable damage deposit. All residents also have the option to clean the premises themselves after the event in lieu of the cleaning fee.

Birdhouse Tenants: 50% discount on fee and refundable damage deposit.

Others can request a discount or sponsorship to help cover the cost of their event. Please reach out to discuss your options.

Space Use Agreement

The renter must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Catering & Alcohol

Renters who want alcohol at their event, whether they provide it or attendees bring it, must obtain and show proof of one-time liquor liability insurance.

Cleaning Policy

Fourth & Gill neighbors can choose to clean the space instead of paying a cleaning fee.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Parties must disclose any potential conflicts of interest in writing to the Birdhouse Neighborhood Center Committee or its designated staff.

This policy aims to ensure that all volunteers, employees, renters, guests, contractors, and vendors (“parties”) associated with the Birdhouse Neighborhood Center (“Birdhouse”) comply with these approved ethical standards.
